Tier 2: Records Review + Probability Scoring

Walkthrough of the ALTCS PAS (Pre‑Admission Screening) criteria
Provide assessment-based tentative score and eligibility risk analysis
Written summary of findings and suggestions to strengthen the application

Tier 3: Full-Service Advocacy

Step-by-step guidance through the entire process
Representation during interviews and appeals
Ongoing communication until case resolution
