Meet your Advocate

With more than 15 years of experience inside Arizona’s Medicaid system (AHCCCS), I offer a perspective and depth of knowledge that few advocates can match. My journey began as a Support Coordinator with the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), where I witnessed how overwhelming and confusing the process can be for families. From there, I served as an Assistant Supervisor with DDD, later became a Pre-Admission Screening (PAS) Assessor for the Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS), and ultimately spent four years in the ALTCS Appeals Department, where I achieved a 100% success rate representing the state in appeals.

Beyond my professional experience, I hold both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology, equipping me with a strong understanding of the emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges families often face during this journey. This blend of academic training and hands-on state-level expertise allows me to approach every case with both precision and compassion.

What sets me apart is my commitment to thoroughness and integrity. I take the time to carefully review medical documentation, ensure compliance with AHCCCS laws and guidelines, and explore every possible option to help families succeed. Families trust me because I don’t take shortcuts, if there’s a way to help, I will find it.

Today, I bring that insider knowledge directly to families. Whether you need an initial prescreen, a comprehensive review of medical records, or full support through applications, interviews, and appeals, my mission is simple: to give families clarity, confidence, and peace of mind in a process that often feels overwhelming.

Unlike attorneys or financial planners who may charge thousands without this level of specialized experience, I offer tiered services that are accessible, transparent, and deeply informed by years of proven success.

At L.E.A.P. Consulting, I believe no family should have to navigate Arizona Long Term Care alone, and with my guidance, you won’t have to.
