We were new and extremely unfamiliar with the system and how it works. Elicia guided and advised us from the application to completion and acceptance. Elicia is amazing! Our son has a genetic diagnosis and cerebral palsy. We were denied being approved for AZ Long term disability services twice. We contacted her and she immediately was willing to help. She was very thorough and communicated through the entire appeal process with us. She was able to help us get approved and it helped open so many doors for getting our son all the things he needs. We are forever grateful to her and highly recommend using her!

We were really anxious about the horror stories of being denied over and over and over again. Because of her, what can feel overwhelming and confusing was handled with clarity, efficiency, and care.
